1King: Terms of Use in Short
This page boils the Terms and Conditions of 1King down to the points players ask about most. It is a summary, so the complete document remains the final word. Who Can Play and How Many Accounts Are Allowed?
Only adults may play at 1King. At registration a checkbox asks you to confirm that you have turned 18 and agree to the offer agreement.
The rulebook allows a single account per person (clause 5.1.7), and creating or running extra ones is strictly forbidden. Your login details must stay with you. Handing them to another person breaks clause 5.1.8.
How Do Game and Betting Rules Work?
Every casino game explains its own rules on its page. For sports, odds are shown in decimal form. An express bet joins several picks: all of them must win, and their odds multiply together. A separate document holds the full Sports Rules.
Practice rounds run in demo mode. No real money is staked there, so such rounds cannot produce winnings.
What Do the 1King Bonus Rules Say?
Clause 5.2 deals with bonuses. Each offer comes with its own conditions, which is why the offer screen matters more than any summary. The common threads are listed here:
- Per person, e-mail, phone, device, IP address and payment account, only one bonus account counts
- Using multiple accounts from one device or IP address is classed as bonus abuse
- Slots count for 100% of the stake toward wagering unless stated otherwise
- Rounds, free spins and bonuses cannot be put off while a bonus is active
- If a bonus is withdrawn or runs out, unfinished winnings tied to it vanish as well
- Every welcome-package deposit has a floor of 100 TL
- The trial bonus carries a wagering requirement of x35
Figures and conditions vary between offers, so the numbers on the offer screen take precedence.
When Is Identity Verification Required?
A withdrawal can start only after verification is complete. Confirming a phone number is mandatory. Accepted papers are an ID card, a passport, a driving licence and a residence permit, and a proof of address may be requested on top.
Documents can also be sent from a phone. A video check is offered too, with the language of the call given in advance. Anyone who fails verification risks cancelled bets and a blocked account.
What Comes Before a 1King Withdrawal?
Before you can ask for a payout, three things must be done:
- Confirm the phone number
- Confirm the e-mail address
- Make a first real-money deposit
Identity verification comes next. Money is paid out through the method that funded the account, and transfers between payment systems do not happen.
What Are the 1King Deposit Rules?
Every payment method sets a minimum, which the payment screen displays. A notice there warns that sending less than the requested amount may cost you the deposit, so transfer exactly what the site asks for.
Bank transfers, crypto and cards are on offer. Card and crypto deposits are credited within roughly 10 minutes.
What Happens to a Dormant Account?
After 12 months without activity, the platform waits 30 days and then charges a monthly management fee. Only a positive balance is charged. An empty balance pays nothing.
Which Countries Does 1King Exclude?
Under clause 2.1.8, residents of the following places are not accepted: the USA, the United Kingdom, Cyprus (north and south), Ukraine, Syria, Sint Maarten, Russia, the Kingdom of the Netherlands, Myanmar and North Korea. In Ukraine, the occupied areas of Crimea, Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia and Kherson are covered as well.
This is not a closed list, and the Company may turn down players from other countries too. Look up your own country first.
Which Law Applies?
The company side operates under Curaçao law. Disputes fall under that law, and Curaçao courts hold exclusive jurisdiction (clause 15).
